Jeff Heggie Coaching, creator of the High Achievers Accountability provides the following refund policy:

1. Within 30 days of purchase of your initial High Achievers Accountability subscription, you may cancel your account by sending an email to info@jeffheggie.com.

2. If you wish to receive a refund, you must request a refund by contacting customer support at info@jeffheggie.com - refund must be submitted within 30 days of your initial signup.

3. No refunds are provided after the first 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for cancelled subscriptions.

4. After the initial 30 day window expires, you will continue to be charged on a monthly basis at the initial subscription rate if you signed up for the subscription membership. If you wish to cancel your subscription you must email us before your next billing cycle.

5. Partial refunds for amounts less than a full month membership will not be provided.

6. We do not reschedule calls and we do not give refunds if you do now show up for the call.
